Basic Lead - Reusable limepkg

In this new lead limetype with status flow and webcomponent allows for easy handling of incoming leads and turning them into deals. The lead limetype is intended to be the first stop for any lead coming into Lime, be it leads from the customers webpage, forms, newsletter signups, Facebook Leads, Zapier integrations, bought lists of leads, etc.
