Requirements

  • On-premise:
    • Lime CRM Server: 2024.2.2074 or later should work - untested.
    • Requires isolated application in Cloud
  • Lime CRM Web Client Only
  • To be able to use the ACD Feature integrated to the lead flow you'll need addon-acd version greater than 8.2.1
  • To be able to use the Automated flow integrated to the lead flow you'll need addon-lime-automation version 2.1.0 or greater.
